Techmax Group was founded in Guangzhou, China 1999 under the name Techmax Parts, and specialized in the procurement, consolidation and export of spare parts for automotive, truck, bus, forklift, earthmoving and heavy-duty diesel industries.

As the company grew, Techmax spent substantial time and resources on R&D to develop several new brands. Owning these brands allowed for better control over quality, stock levels and the ability to cater to the different segments within the international spare parts market. Now established, the brands all fall under the Techmax Group which continues to grow with new SKUs being added to each brand regularly. Brands include:
